Decadent Cheese and Nut Sauteed Snack Medley

Ingredients

- 4 oz Unexpected Cheddar, grated
- 4 oz Syrah Toscano cheese, grated
- 1/2 cup chopped almonds
- 2 tbsp fresh chives, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
- 3 tbsp fig jam
- 1 tbsp hot honey

Instructions

1. Prepare the Ingredients:
Grate both the Unexpected Cheddar and Syrah Toscano cheese. Set the grated cheeses aside in separate bowls. Chop the almonds into small pieces and finely chop the chives and parsley.

2. Saute the Almonds:

Sprinkle the finely chopped chives and parsley over the cheese and nut mixture. Continue to saute on medium-low heat for another 2 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

6. Drizzle Honey:
Drizzle the hot honey over the sauteed mixture and give it a final stir. Allow the snack medley to cook for an additional minute before removing it from the heat.

7. Serve:
Transfer the sauteed cheese and nut medley to a serving dish. Let it cool slightly before enjoying this decadent, melty snack creation.
