Decadent Chocolate Nutella Peach Cobbler with Mint Yogurt Drizzle
Ingredients
- 2 cups canned peaches, drained
- 1/2 cup Nutella
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 4 ounces Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves, finely chopped, plus extra for garnish
- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (16 oz)
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter
- Cooking spray
Instructions
1. Preheat the Oven:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. Prepare the Filling:
- In a medium bowl, mix drained peaches with 1/4 cup of Nutella, 1/2 cup of chocolate chips, and 1 tablespoon of honey.
- Set aside and let flavors meld.
3. Mint Yogurt Drizzle:
- In a separate small bowl, combine Greek yogurt with chopped mint leaves.
- Stir well and refrigerate to allow the mint flavor to infuse.
4. Assemble the Cobbler:
- Lightly spray an 8x8-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
- Pour the peach and Nutella mixture into the baking dish, spreading evenly.
- Open the can of biscuit dough and gently tear each biscuit into quarters.
- Drop the biscuit pieces evenly over the peach mixture.
5. Prepare the Topping Mixture:
- In a small bowl, mix cottage cheese, the remaining 1/4 cup of Nutella, and 1 tablespoon of peanut butter until smooth.
- Dot this mixture sporadically over the biscuit pieces.
6. Bake:

7. Cool and Serve:
