- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup chopped pistachios
- 2 tablespoons crushed freeze-dried fruit (e.g., raspberries or strawberries)
- 1/2 cup fresh berries (e.g., raspberries, blueberries, or strawberries)
- 1 tablespoon shaved chocolate
- 1/2 teaspoon flaky sea salt
Instructions

- In a small saucepan over low heat, combine 1 cup of chocolate chips and 1/2 cup of heavy cream.
- Stir continuously until the chocolate is completely melted and smooth.
- Remove from heat and slowly mix in 1/4 cup of brewed espresso until well incorporated. Set aside to cool slightly.

- Spoon the mousse into individual serving glasses or bowls.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours until set.
4. Prepare Garnishes:
- Before serving, sprinkle each mousse with chopped pistachios, crushed freeze-dried fruit, and shaved chocolate.
