Decadent Irish Cream Microwave Pudding

- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup Irish cream

Instructions
1. Prepare the Base Mixture
In a large microwave-safe bowl, combine 2 cups of whole milk, 1 cup of heavy cream, and 3/4 cup of sugar. Whisk together until the sugar is fully dissolved.
2. Heat the Mixture
Place the bowl in the microwave and heat on high for 3 minutes. Carefully remove the bowl using oven mitts and give the mixture a good stir.
3. Incorporate the Flavorings
Add 1/4 cup of Irish cream, 1/4 teaspoon of kosher salt, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract to the heated milk mixture. Stir until all ingredients are well combined.
4. Cook to Perfection
Return the bowl to the microwave and heat on high for an additional 2 minutes. Stir thoroughly again, ensuring even distribution of flavors.
5. Final Thickening Stage
Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring after each, until the mixture reaches a pudding-like consistency. This may take around 4–5 intervals.
6. Chill and Serve
Allow the pudding to cool slightly, then divide it evenly into serving dishes. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to set before serving.
