Decadent Microwave Peanut Butter Chocolate Mug Cake
Ingredients
- Nonstick cooking spray
- 3 tablespoons milk
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
1. Prepare the Mug
Lightly coat the inside of a large microwave-safe mug with nonstick cooking spray to prevent sticking.
2. Combine Wet Ingredients
In the mug, combine 3 tablespoons of milk, 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil, and 1/4 teaspoon of vanilla extract. Stir well using a fork or small whisk until the ingredients are fully incorporated.
3. Mix Dry Ingredients

4. Add Peanut Butter
Gently drop 1 tablespoon of creamy peanut butter into the center of the chocolate batter. Push it slightly down with a spoon to ensure it is covered with batter.
5. Microwave Cook
