Decadent No-Bake Banana Split Pie
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 8 oz Cool Whip, thawed
- 3 bananas, sliced
- 1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 cup strawberries, hulled and sliced
- 1/2 cup peanuts, chopped
- Maraschino cherries, for garnish
- Chocolate syrup, for drizzling
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Combine the graham cracker crumbs with the melted butter in a medium-sized bowl. Stir until the crumbs are evenly moistened.
- Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch pie dish to form the crust. Ensure the crust is even and well-packed.
- Refrigerate the crust while preparing the filling.
2. Make the Cream Cheese Layer:
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese using an electric mixer until smooth.
- Gradually add the powdered sugar, continuing to mix until fully combined and creamy.
- Gently fold in half of the Cool Whip until the mixture is smooth and fluffy.
3. Assemble the Pie:
- Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the prepared graham cracker crust.
- Layer the sliced bananas evenly over the cream cheese layer.
- Spread the drained crushed pineapple over the bananas.
- Arrange the sliced strawberries over the pineapple layer.
4. Top and Garnish:
- Spread the remaining Cool Whip over the top, covering the fruit layers completely.
- Sprinkle the chopped peanuts evenly over the Cool Whip layer.
- Decorate with maraschino cherries as desired.
- Drizzle chocolate syrup over the top for a final touch.
5. Chill the Pie:
- Refrigerate the pie for at least 3 hours, or until thoroughly chilled and set.
