Decadent Vanilla Cinnamon Bread Pudding
Ingredients
- 8 slices of bread, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 4 large eggs
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar, packed
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
Instructions
1. Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) to ensure it’s ready for baking the pudding.
2. Prepare the Bread:
Arrange the bread cubes evenly in a greased 9x13-inch baking dish. Sprinkle the raisins evenly over the bread cubes.
3. Create the Custard Mixture:

4. Combine Bread and Custard:
