Ingredients

- 1 pound chicken, cut into bite-sized pieces

- 1 deli sandwich, cut into mini triangles
- 4 meat sticks, sliced thickly
- Batter:

Instructions
1. Prepare the Batter:
In a medium bowl, combine 1 cup of all-purpose flour, 2 eggs, 1/2 cup sparkling water, and 1/2 teaspoon flaky salt. Whisk until smooth and lump-free. Let it rest for 5 minutes.
2. Prepare the Coating and Dips:
Crush 1 cup of Kroger’s Hatch Chile Kettle Style Tortilla Chips into fine crumbs. Set aside. Arrange the guacamole, queso, and pickle dip in small serving bowls.
3. Coat and Deep Fry:
- Heat oil in a deep fryer or large heavy saucepan to 350°F.
- Dip each piece of chicken, tofu, deli sandwich, and meat stick slices into the batter, ensuring an even coating.
- Next, coat them with the crushed tortilla chips.
- Carefully lower the coated pieces into the hot oil using a slotted spoon, frying in batches to avoid overcrowding.
4. Fry Until Golden:
Fry each batch for about 5-7 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through. Transfer them to a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
5. Serve:
Serve the fried pieces hot, garnished with lime wedges, and accompanied by bowls of guacamole, queso, and pickle dip for dipping.
