Ingredients
- 1 bunch of asparagus, trimmed and cut into 2-inch pieces

Instructions
1. Prepare the Ingredients:
Begin by chopping the asparagus, leek, and carrots. Set aside.
2. Cook the Potatoes:
In a large pot, bring water to a boil. Add a pinch of salt and the cubed russet potatoes. Cook for about 15 minutes until the potatoes are tender. Drain and set aside.
3. Sauté Vegetables:
