Delightful Egg and Herb Frittata Breakfast
Ingredients
- 6 large eggs
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 2 tablespoons fresh basil, chopped

Instructions
1. Preheat Oven:
Preheat your oven to 350°F.
2. Prepare Egg Mixture:
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper until well combined.
3. Sauté Aromatics:
In an oven-safe, non-stick skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and garlic, sautéing for about 2-3 minutes until they become translucent and fragrant.
4. Add Tomatoes:
Add the cherry tomatoes to the skillet and cook for another 2 minutes until they begin to soften slightly.

6. Cook on Stove:

7. Bake in Oven:
Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven. Bake for about 10-12 minutes until the frittata is puffed and the center is set.
8. Garnish and Serve:
Remove the skillet from the oven and scatter the fresh chopped basil over the top. Slice and serve the frittata warm.
