Delightful Mediterranean Snack Platter with Roasted Garlic Herb Dips
Ingredients
- 1 cup hummus
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice

Instructions
1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) to begin preparing the roasted garlic and Parmesan crisps.
2. Prepare the Garlic: Peel and crush 3 cloves of garlic. Spread them out on a piece of aluminum foil. Drizzle 1 tablespoon of olive oil and sprinkle a teaspoon of sea salt over the garlic. Wrap the foil into a pouch and place it on a baking sheet.
3. Roast Garlic: Place the baking sheet with the garlic pouch in the preheated oven. Let it roast for about PT25M (25 minutes) until the garlic is tender and aromatic.

6. Mix Garlic Herb Dip: Once the garlic is roasted, let it cool slightly, then mash it with a fork. 7. Assemble the Platter: On a large serving platter, arrange 1 cup carrot sticks, 1 cup bell pepper slices, 1 cup pita chips, 1 cup Wheat Thins, and 1 cup butter crackers around the perimeter.
8. Add Dips & Toppings: Place small bowls filled with baba ganoush, tzatziki, melitzanosalata, and the garlic herb dip at the center of the platter. Sprinkle red pepper flakes over the hummus dip for a touch of heat.
9. Garnish the Platter: Distribute cucumber and tomato slices throughout the platter. Sprinkle crumbled feta cheese and chopped sun-dried tomatoes over the vegetables for added flavor and texture.
