Dill Pickle Ranch Dip Delight
Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 packet (1 oz) ranch seasoning mix
- 1/2 cup dill pickles, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons pickle brine
- 1/4 cup mild banana peppers, chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
Instructions
1. Prepare the Base
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, and sour cream. Use a hand mixer on medium speed to blend until smooth and creamy.
2. Flavor the Mix
- Add the ranch seasoning mix, pickle brine, salt, and freshly ground black pepper to the cream cheese mixture. Stir thoroughly to evenly distribute the flavors.
3. Incorporate the Add-Ins
- Gently fold in the finely chopped dill pickles and chopped mild banana peppers to the dip mixture using a spatula. Ensure the ingredients are well-integrated but avoid over-mixing to retain some texture.
4. Finish with Freshness
- Add the freshly chopped dill to the dip and fold it gently into the mixture.
5. Chill & Serve
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld together.
- Serve chilled with your choice of fresh vegetables, pita chips, or crackers.
