1. Prepare Ingredients
Begin by gathering all ingredients. Crack the eggs into a bowl, ensuring no shell fragments. Set aside.
2. Melt the Butter
In a medium saucepan, melt 1/2 cup of butter over low heat on the stove. Stir occasionally to prevent burning.
3. Create the Lemon-Dijon Mixture
In a small mixing bowl, combine 1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard, 1 teaspoon of white vinegar, and the juice of 1/2 a lemon. Whisk this mixture until smooth and set aside.
4. Cook the Eggs
