Elegant Herb-Infused Egg Salad on Crisp Lettuce Beds
Ingredients
- 6 large hard-boiled eggs
- 1 tablespoon fresh tarragon, finely chopped

- 1 head Boston lettuce
- 4 cups mixed lettuces

Instructions
1. Prepare the Eggs
Peel the hard-boiled eggs and place them on a clean cutting board. Slice each egg into quarters, then gently transfer the pieces into a large mixing bowl.
2. Chop Herbs and Scallion Greens
