Ingredients

- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika

Instructions
1. Preparation:
Cut each chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and transfer them to a microwave-safe dish.
2. Season the Chicken:
Drizzle the olive oil over the chicken pieces. Sprinkle on the garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well to ensure each piece is evenly coated with the seasoning.
3. Add Vegetables:
Add the sliced bell peppers, corn kernels, and white beans to the dish with the chicken. Toss everything together to combine thoroughly.
4. Microwave Cooking:
Cover the dish with a microwave-safe lid or plastic wrap, leaving a small vent for steam to escape. Microwave on high power for PT12M (12 minutes). To ensure even cooking, halfway through, carefully remove the cover (beware of hot steam), stir the mixture, and recover.
5. Check and Serve:
After the initial cooking, check the chicken for doneness (internal temperature should reach 165°F). If necessary, continue microwaving in additional 1-minute intervals. Once fully cooked, let the dish rest for a minute or two. Sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
