Frozen Peanut Butter Graham Cracker Delight
Ingredients
- 12 Graham crackers (full sheets)
- 1 cup Creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup Whipped cream (store-bought or homemade)
Instructions
1. Prepare the Graham Cracker Base
Take 6 graham crackers and line them up on a flat surface, ensuring they are touching and creating a 9x6-inch rectangle. These will form the base of your dessert.
2. Layer the Peanut Butter
Using a spatula or butter knife, evenly spread approximately 2 tablespoons of creamy peanut butter onto each graham cracker. Ensure the layer is smooth without tearing the crackers.
3. Add the Whipped Cream
Spread about 2 tablespoons of whipped cream over the peanut butter layer on each cracker. Gently smooth it out to cover the peanut butter completely.
4. Top with Remaining Graham Crackers
Place the remaining 6 graham crackers over the whipped cream layer, pressing down lightly to create a sandwich effect.
5. Prepare for Freezing
Wrap the entire creation tightly in plastic wrap, making sure there are no gaps for air to enter. Alternatively, place the sandwiches in an airtight container with a lid.
6. Freeze the Dessert
Transfer the wrapped dessert to the freezer and let it freeze for at least PT4H (4 hours) or overnight, ensuring it becomes firm and retains its sandwich structure.
7. Serving the Delight
Once frozen, unwrap and cut into squares or desired shapes using a sharp knife. Serve immediately for a refreshing snack.
