Garlic Butter Parmesan Noodles
Ingredients
- 8 oz egg noodles
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
1. Boil the Noodles:
- In a large pot, bring water to a boil.
- Add a pinch of salt, then add 8 oz of egg noodles.
- Cook for about 8 minutes or until the noodles are tender. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking.
- Drain the noodles and return them to the pot.
2. Prepare the Butter Sauce:

- Stir in 1 teaspoon of garlic powder until well combined and fragrant, approximately 1 minute.
3. Combine Ingredients:
- Pour the garlic-infused butter over the cooked egg noodles in the pot.
- Add 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese and stir until the cheese melts and coats the noodles evenly.
4. Season and Finish:
- Sprinkle in 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper.
- Add 2 tablespoons of chopped fresh parsley.
- Gently mix everything together, ensuring all noodles are coated with the ingredients.
5. Serve:
- Transfer the noodles to a serving dish and garnish with additional Parmesan and parsley if desired.
- Serve immediately while still warm for the best flavor and texture.
