Gluten-Free Apple Cinnamon Breakfast Loaf
Ingredients
- 2 cups gluten-free flour
- 1 ½ teaspoons baking powder

- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

- ¾ cup sugar
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted

- 2 medium apples, peeled, cored, and chopped
Instructions
1. Preheat the Oven
Set your oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare a 9x5-inch loaf pan by greasing it lightly with butter or lining it with parchment paper.
2. Mix the Dry Ingredients
In a medium bowl, combine the gluten-free flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Whisk together until evenly mixed.
3. Prepare the Wet Mixture
In a large mixing bowl, beat together the melted butter and sugar until it forms a smooth consistency. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Incorporate the vanilla extract and applesauce, mixing thoroughly.
4. Combine Dry and Wet Ingredients
Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients, stirring gently until just combined. Do not overmix to ensure a light texture.
5. Fold in the Apples

6. Bake the Loaf
