Golden Corn & Sour Cream Oven-Fresh Muffins

Ingredients

- 1 package (8.5 oz) corn muffin mix
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup corn kernels (fresh or canned, drained)
- 1/4 cup butter, melted

Instructions

1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a standard muffin tin or line it with paper muffin cups for easy removal.

2. Mix Dry Ingredients: In a medium mixing bowl, pour the corn muffin mix. Use a fork or whisk to break up any lumps.

3. Combine Wet Ingredients: In another bowl, combine the sour cream, corn kernels, and melted butter. Stir until the mixture is well-blended.

4. Incorporate Ingredients: Gradually add the wet mixture to the dry muffin mix. Use a spatula to fold everything together until just combined. Be careful not to overmix, as this could result in dense muffins.
