- 1 large cauliflower head, cut into florets
- 2 tablespoons garlic salt
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
1. Preheat Oven:
Preheat your oven to 400°F (204°C).
2. Prepare the Cauliflower:
Rinse the cauliflower florets thoroughly under cold water. Pat them dry using a clean kitchen towel to ensure they are completely dry. This helps the oil to coat evenly and the cauliflower to roast well.
3. Seasoning:
Place the dried cauliflower florets in a large mixing bowl. Drizzle with 4 tablespoons of olive oil, ensuring all florets are lightly but thoroughly coated. Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of garlic salt over the florets, tossing them gently to distribute the seasoning evenly.
4. Arrange for Roasting:
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup, or use a lightly greased baking tray. Spread the seasoned cauliflower florets in a single layer, making sure they don’t overlap for even cooking.
5. Roast:
Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven. Roast the cauliflower for 25-30 minutes, turning the florets halfway through, until they are golden brown and tender.
