Grilled Lemon Pepper Chicken on a Charcoal Grill
Ingredients

Instructions
1. Prepare the Marinade:
- In a mixing bowl, combine 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice, 1 tablespoon sea salt, and 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper. Mix well to ensure the salt is dissolved.
2. Marinate the Chicken:
- Place the 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag or a shallow dish.
- Pour the lemon juice mixture over the chicken, ensuring each piece is well-coated. Seal or cover and refrigerate for at least PT1H (1 hour) to allow flavors to integrate, or up to PT8H (overnight) for more intensity.
3. Prepare the Grill:
