Grilled Marshmallow Dessert Skewers
Ingredients
- 12 Jet-Puffed Stackers Marshmallows
- 4 wooden skewers
- Optional for topping: Chocolate sauce, crushed graham crackers, or caramel sauce
Instructions
1. Preparation:
- Soak the wooden skewers in water for at least 20 minutes prior to grilling. This helps prevent the skewers from burning on the grill.
2. Assembly:
- Carefully thread 3 Jet-Puffed Stackers Marshmallows onto each wooden skewer. Make sure the marshmallows are evenly spaced and secure on the skewer.
3. Preheat the Grill:
- Light the charcoal grill and let it preheat until the charcoal is covered with white ash, indicating they are ready for grilling. This should take approximately 15 minutes.
4. Grilling:
- Place the marshmallow skewers over the grill at medium heat allowing them to toast evenly.
- Rotate the skewers slowly every 1 minute to ensure an even golden-brown toast on all sides. This will take about 3 to 5 minutes in total for the marshmallows to be perfectly toasted with a gooey interior.
5. Serving:
- Carefully remove the skewers from the grill.
- You can serve them as is, or drizzle with chocolate or caramel sauce, and sprinkle with crushed graham crackers for an enhanced dessert experience.
