Hawaiian Breakfast Bagel Slider Delight
Ingredients
- 4 Aldi L’Oven Fresh Hawaiian Bagels, halved
- 4 tablespoons cream cheese
- 4 tablespoons strawberry cream cheese
- 4 tablespoons butter, softened
- 4 tablespoons jam (your flavor of choice)
- 4 tablespoons peanut butter
- 8 slices bacon
- 4 eggs
- 4 slices cheddar cheese
- 4 slices ham
- 4 slices turkey
- 4 slices Swiss cheese
- 1 cup assorted veggies (e.g., bell peppers, onions, tomatoes), chopped
- 4 tablespoons ranch dressing
- 4 slices grilled pineapple
- 4 pre-cooked hamburger patties
Instructions
1. Prepare Oven and Assemble Bacon:
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Arrange bacon slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Place the bacon in the oven and bake for approximately 15 minutes, or until crispy. Remove from oven and set aside.
2. Bagel and Filling Preparation:
- While the bacon is baking, slice the Hawaiian bagels in half horizontally.
- Spread 1 tablespoon of butter on one half of each bagel and 1 tablespoon of peanut butter on the other half.
3. Cook Eggs and Burgers:
- In an ovenproof skillet, cook the eggs to your preference (sunny side up or scrambled) over medium heat. Remove and set aside.
- Heat the pre-cooked hamburger patties in the same skillet until they are warmed through, approximately 5 minutes each side.
4. Assemble Bagel Sliders:
- Spread 1 tablespoon of cream cheese on the bottom half of each bagel and 1 tablespoon of strawberry cream cheese on the top half.
- Layer each bagel in the following order: cheddar cheese slice, ham, turkey, Swiss cheese slice, hamburger patty, cooked egg, crispy bacon, grilled pineapple slice, and assorted veggies.
- Drizzle each slider with 1 tablespoon of ranch dressing.
5. Melt and Toast:
- Place the sliders, open-faced, on a baking sheet and bake for 5-7 minutes until the cheese is melted and the bagels are toasty.
6. Finishing Touch:
- Remove from the oven, close the sandwiches by placing the tops on the bottoms, and serve warm.
