Herb-Crusted Roasted Lamb with Garlic and Mustard
Ingredients
- 2 pounds lamb roast
- 3 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions
1. Preheat the Oven:
- Set your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Prepare the Herb Mixture:

3. Coat the Lamb with Mustard:
- Pat the lamb roast dry with paper towels.

4. Apply the Herb Crust:
