Herb-Infused Cheesy Potato Bake with Caramelized Onions



Ingredients



- 4 large potatoes, peeled and sliced
- 1 large onion, thinly sliced
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour

- 1 cup vegetable or chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon salt

- 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 tablespoons fresh chives, chopped
- 1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded

Instructions



1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

- Peel and thinly slice the potatoes. Aim for even slices to ensure uniform cooking.

3. Caramelize the Onions:
