Herb-Infused Roasted Nut Medley



Ingredients



- 1 cup cashews
- 1 cup almonds
- 1 cup walnuts
- 1 cup pecans
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Instructions



1. Preheat Oven: Set your oven to 350°F (175°C).

2. Prepare Nut Mix: In a large mixing bowl, combine the cashews, almonds, walnuts, and pecans.

3. Infuse with Herbs and Spices: In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, maple syrup, rosemary, thyme, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper until well combined.

4. Coat the Nuts: Pour the herb-infused oil mixture over the nuts. Stir well to ensure each nut is evenly coated.

5. Arrange for Roasting: Spread the coated nuts in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

6. Roast in Oven: Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven. Roast the nuts for about 15-20 minutes, tossing halfway through, until golden brown and fragrant.

7. Cool and Serve: Remove the baking sheet from the oven. Let the nuts cool on the sheet for 10 minutes; this will allow them to crisp up further. Serve warm or at room temperature.
