Ingredients
- 2 lbs red potatoes, quartered
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp ground mustard

Instructions
1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
