Irresistible Almond-Cornmeal Butter Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1 cup cornmeal
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup salted butter, softened
Instructions
1. Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper or lightly greasing it.
2. Prepare the Dough:
In a large mixing bowl, combine the almond flour, cornmeal, granulated sugar, and all-purpose flour. Mix well ensuring that the dry ingredients are thoroughly combined.
3. Incorporate the Butter:
Add the softened salted butter to the dry mixture. Using a hand mixer or stand mixer on medium speed, blend until the dough becomes smooth and well mixed. Ensure there are no butter lumps for a uniform dough texture.
