Irresistible Apple Cinnamon Breakfast Pull-Apart Bread



Ingredients



- 1 can of refrigerated biscuits (16.3 oz)
- 2 medium apples, peeled, cored, and finely chopped
- 1/4 cup white sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/4 cup raisins
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions



1. Preheat the Oven: Set your oven to 350°F (175°C) and allow it to warm up as you prepare the other ingredients.

2. Prepare the Filling: In a medium-sized bowl, combine the chopped apples, white sugar, cinnamon, chopped walnuts, and raisins. Mix until the apples are evenly coated with the sugary-spiced mixture.

3. Cut the Biscuits: Remove the biscuits from the can and cut each into quarters. You should have approximately 32 biscuit pieces.

4. Layer the Bread: Grease a bundt pan or a deep loaf pan. Begin layering half the biscuit pieces at the bottom. Sprinkle half of the apple mixture over the biscuits.

5. Combine and Layer Again: Drizzle half of the melted butter over the first layer, then sprinkle half of the brown sugar. Repeat the process with the remaining biscuit pieces, apple mixture, melted butter, and brown sugar.

6. Bake: Place in the preheated oven and bake for about 35 to 40 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the bread is cooked through. Check by inserting a toothpick into the center; it should come out clean.

7. Cool and Prepare Glaze: Allow the bread to cool in the pan for about 10 minutes. Meanwhile, prepare the glaze by whisking together the powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.

8. Glaze the Bread: Carefully remove the pull-apart bread from the pan and transfer it to a serving dish. Drizzle the vanilla glaze generously over the top of the bread.

9. Serve: Slice and serve warm. Enjoy the sweet, spiced goodness of this delightful breakfast treat!
