Irresistible Chili Crisp Peanut Butter Noodle Stir Fry
Ingredients
- 8 ounces of noodles (your choice of rice or wheat)
- 2 tablespoons chili crisp
- 3 tablespoons peanut butter (smooth or crunchy)
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce

- 1 tablespoon sugar

Instructions
1. Prepare the Noodles
- Bring a large pot of water to a boil.
- Add 8 ounces of noodles and cook according to package instructions, typically about 8-10 minutes for rice noodles and 6-8 minutes for wheat noodles.
- Drain and rinse with cold water to stop the cooking process. Set aside.
2. Create the Sauce
- In a small mixing bowl, combine 2 tablespoons of chili crisp, 3 tablespoons of peanut butter, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of rice vinegar, and 1 tablespoon of sugar.
