Irresistible Frozen Grape Bonbons
Ingredients
- 2 cups seedless grapes (any variety)
- 1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts (e.g., almonds, pistachios, or pecans)
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
Instructions
1. Prepare the Grapes:
- Rinse the grapes under cold water and gently pat them dry with a paper towel.
- Remove any stems and ensure the grapes are fully dry to allow for better adherence to the coating.
2. Prepare the Yogurt Mixture:
- In a small bowl, combine the Greek yogurt and honey. Mix well until fully integrated. If desired, add the cinnamon for an extra touch of warmth and mix again.
3. Chop the Nuts:
- Finely chop the nuts of your choosing. Spread them evenly on a plate or shallow dish to make it easier to roll the grapes.
4. Coat the Grapes:
- Dip each grape into the yogurt mixture, allowing any excess to drip off. Roll the grape in the chopped nuts, ensuring it is well-coated.
5. Freeze the Grapes:
- Place the coated grapes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper in a single layer. Make sure they are not touching each other to prevent sticking.
- Freeze the grapes for at least PT2H (2 hours) until they are firm and the yogurt coating has set.
6. Serve:
- Once frozen, transfer the grape bonbons to a serving dish. Serve immediately for a refreshing and delightful treat.
