Irresistible Parmesan Sautéed Zucchini Delight



Ingredients


- 3 medium zucchinis, sliced into 1/4-inch rounds
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon veggie dust seasoning
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions


1. Prepare the Ingredients: Wash the zucchinis thoroughly under cold water and pat them dry with a paper towel. Slice the zucchinis into 1/4-inch thick rounds.

2. Heat the Pan: Place a large sauté pan over medium heat. Add 2 tablespoons of olive oil and 1 tablespoon of unsalted butter. Allow the butter to melt completely and start to sizzle slightly.

3. Sauté the Zucchini: Add the zucchini rounds to the pan in a single layer. It is vital to avoid overcrowding the pan to ensure even cooking. Sauté the zucchini for about 3-4 minutes on one side until golden brown.

4. Season the Zucchini: Sprinkle the sautéing zucchinis with 1 teaspoon of salt, 1/2 teaspoon of freshly ground black pepper, and 1 teaspoon of veggie dust seasoning. Stir the zucchinis to ensure they are evenly coated with the seasonings.

6. Add Parmesan: Once the zucchinis are cooked through, sprinkle 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese evenly over the zucchini. Lower the heat slightly and allow the cheese to melt and adhere to the slices.
