Irresistible Trio Cheese Stir-Fried Macaroni
Ingredients
- 8 ounces macaroni
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 cup whole milk
- 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded Gouda cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded Gruyère cheese
- 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened

Instructions
1. Cook the Macaroni:
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the macaroni and cook until al dente, about 8 minutes. Drain and set aside.
2. Prepare the Cheese Sauce:

Gradually whisk in the milk, ensuring no lumps form. Continue to stir until the mixture thickens slightly, about 3 minutes. Lower the heat and add the Cheddar, Gouda, Gruyère, and cream cheese. Stir constantly until the cheeses have melted into a smooth sauce.
4. Combine and Heat Through:
Add the cooked macaroni to the cheese sauce. Stir continuously to combine and ensure each piece is well coated, cooking for another 2 minutes to allow the macaroni to absorb the flavors of the sauce.
5. Season and Serve:
Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot, garnished with a little extra shredded cheese on top if desired.
