Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour

- 1 cup fresh berries (such as strawberries, blueberries, or raspberries)
Instructions
1. Preheat the Oven:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. Prepare Dry Ingredients:
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, cornstarch, sea salt, baking powder, baking soda, and sugar until well combined.
3. Combine Wet Ingredients:
- In a separate bowl, blend the whole milk, buttermilk, vegetable oil, vanilla extract, and egg until smooth.
4. Mix the Batter:
- Slowly incorporate the wet ingredients into the dry mixture, whisking gently to avoid lumps. Mix until just combined for a light and fluffy texture.
5. Melt the Butter:
- Melt the unsalted butter and use it to generously coat a 9x13-inch baking dish.
6. Pour and Arrange:
- Pour the pancake batter into the prepared baking dish, spreading evenly.
7. Bake & Check:
