Italian Garden Baked Ravioli Delight



Ingredients



- 1 lb refrigerated ravioli
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup sliced pepperoncini
- 1/4 cup sliced green olives
- 1/2 cup artichoke hearts, quartered
- 1/4 cup sliced sun-dried tomatoes
- 1 fresh tomato, diced
- 1/4 cup roasted red peppers, chopped
- 1 cup fresh spinach
- 1 cup diced summer squash

Instructions



1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

2. Prepare Ingredients:
- Rinse the broccoli florets and spinach, and set them aside.
- Dice the fresh tomato and roasted red peppers.
- Quarter the artichoke hearts.

3. Layer Ravioli:
- In a deep baking dish, spread 1/2 cup of marinara sauce on the bottom.
- Place half of the refrigerated ravioli in a single layer over the sauce.

4. Add Vegetables and Cheese:
- Over the ravioli, evenly distribute half of the broccoli florets, spinach, artichoke hearts, diced fresh tomato, summer squash, sliced pepperoncini, sun-dried tomatoes, green olives, and roasted red peppers.
- Sprinkle half of the shredded mozzarella cheese over the vegetable layer.

5. Second Layer:
- Pour another 1/2 cup of marinara sauce over the mozzarella-covered layer.
- Add the remaining ravioli as another single layer.
- Top with the remaining vegetables and cover with the remaining 1 cup of marinara sauce.

6. Final Cheese Layer:
- Sprinkle the top with the remaining shredded mozzarella and the grated Parmesan cheese for a crispy, cheesy crust.

7. Bake:
- Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and place it in the preheated oven.
- Bake for 25 minutes. Uncover and bake for an additional 10 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.

8. Serve:
- Once baked, let the dish cool for about 5 minutes. Serve hot for a delightful dinner experience.
