Ingredients

- 1/2 pound ground pork
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

Instructions
1. Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Combine Bread and Milk
In a large mixing bowl, pour the milk over the breadcrumbs and let them soak until the milk is absorbed, approximately 5 minutes.
3. Prepare the Meat Mixture
Add the ground beef and ground pork to the soaked breadcrumbs. Add the egg, 1/4 cup of Parmesan cheese (reserve the rest for later), minced garlic, Italian seasoning, onion powder, kosher salt, and black pepper. 4. Shape the Meatballs
Form the mixture into even-sized meatballs, roughly 1 1/2 inches in diameter. You should have about 16 meatballs.
5. Prepare Baking Sheet
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it with cooking spray.
6. Arrange and Bake
Place the meatballs on the prepared baking sheet, ensuring they are spaced evenly apart. Sprinkle the remaining Parmesan cheese on top of each meatball to create a delicious crust.
7. Bake
Transfer the baking sheet to the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes or until the meatballs are cooked through and have a golden-brown crust on top.
8. Serve
