Ingredients

- 4 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions
1. Preheat the Oven
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Prepare the Chicken

- In a small bowl, combine the minced garlic, olive oil, salt, black pepper, paprika, lemon zest, and lemon juice to form a paste.

4. Roast the Chicken

- Roast in the preheated oven for about PT1H20M (1 hour and 20 minutes) or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C) in the thickest part of the breast.
5. Rest the Chicken
- Remove the chicken from the oven and transfer it to a cutting board.
- Let the chicken rest for PT10M (10 minutes) before carving. This rest period will allow the juices to redistribute, ensuring a moist, flavorful chicken.
6. Serve
- Carve the chicken and arrange the pieces on a serving platter.
