Luscious Lemon Rosemary Cake with Limoncello Glaze
Ingredients

- Zest of 2 lemons
- Juice of 1 lemon

Instructions
1. Preheat the Oven:
Set your oven to 350°F (175°C) to ensure it's hot enough for baking.
2. Prepare the Cake Batter:
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together 1/2 cup of olive oil, zest of 2 lemons, juice of 1 lemon, 3 tablespoons limoncello, and 1 teaspoon lemon extract until fully combined.
