Mango Basil Salsa with Lime-Infused Chips



Ingredients

- 1 medium red bell pepper, diced

- 8 small corn tortillas, cut into wedges
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon lime zest (from 1 lime)
- 1 teaspoon salt

Prepare the Mango Basil Salsa:

1. Combine Fresh Ingredients:
In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced mangoes, chopped red onion, and diced red bell pepper. Stir gently to incorporate all the ingredients.

2. Add Aroma and Flavor:
Add the chopped fresh basil leaves to the bowl. Drizzle in the fresh lime juice and olive oil. Mix everything together until well combined.

3. Season to Taste:
Season the salsa with salt and black pepper according to your preference. Gently toss the salsa once more to ensure the seasoning is evenly distributed.

4. Chill the Salsa:

Create the Lime-Infused Chips:

1. Preheat and Prepare:
Preheat your oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.

In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the olive oil and lime zest. Arrange the tortilla wedges on the prepared baking sheet. Brush the lime-infused olive oil mixture over each wedge evenly.

3. Bake the Chips:
