Maple-Infused Butternut Squash and Cornbread Stuffing Delight

Ingredients

- 1 package Cornbread Stuffing Mix (approx. 10 oz)
- 2 tablespoons Everything But the Leftovers Seasoning Blend
- 1/4 cup Organic Maple Butter
- 1 cup Cranberry Sauce
- 1 1/2 cups Butternut Squash Mac and Cheese
- 1/2 cup Mashed Sweet Potatoes
- 2 cups Spiced Cider
- 1 cup Thanksgiving Stuffing Seasoned Popcorn
- 1 pint Salted Maple Ice Cream (for serving, optional)

Instructions

1. Prepare the Stuffing Mixture
- In a large bowl, combine the cornbread stuffing mix, Everything But the Leftovers seasoning blend, and 1 cup of spiced cider. Stir well to fully hydrate the stuffing mix.
- Melt the organic maple butter in a small saucepan over low heat and pour it over the stuffing mix. Stir to combine.

2. Cook the Butternut Squash Mac and Cheese
- In a separate pot, warm the butternut squash mac and cheese over medium heat, stirring occasionally for about 5 minutes, until heated through and creamy.

3. Combine the Squash and Sweet Potatoes
- Add the mashed sweet potatoes to the pot with the butternut squash mac and cheese. Stir thoroughly to combine. Cook for an additional 3-5 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.

4. Integrate and Cook the Stuffing
- Gradually fold the prepared cornbread stuffing mixture into the squash and sweet potato mixture. Mix until evenly distributed.
- Cover the pot and let it cook over low heat for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until all components are warmed through and flavorful.

5. Prepare the Cranberry Sauce Topping
- Gently warm the cranberry sauce in a small saucepan over low heat until it reaches a pourable consistency.

6. Serve
- On each plate, serve a helping of the butternut squash and stuffing mixture. Top with a generous spoonful of warmed cranberry sauce.
- Garnish with a handful of Thanksgiving stuffing seasoned popcorn for a delightful crunch.
- Finish the meal with a scoop of salted maple ice cream, if desired, for a sweet complement.
