Ingredients
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup diced potatoes (frozen or pre-cooked)

Instructions
1. Prepare Ingredients:
- Crack the eggs into a microwave-safe bowl and whisk them until smooth.
- Season with salt and pepper as desired.
