Microwave Breakfast Skillet Supreme



Ingredients


- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup diced potatoes (frozen or pre-cooked)
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your favorite variety)
- 4 cooked breakfast sausages, diced
- 4 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1/2 cup prepared gravy (store-bought or homemade)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooking spray

Instructions



1. Prepare Ingredients:
- Crack the eggs into a microwave-safe bowl and whisk them until smooth.
- Season with salt and pepper as desired.
- Spray a microwave-safe dish with cooking spray.

2. Layer Ingredients:
- Evenly spread the diced potatoes along the bottom of the dish.
- Add the crumbled bacon and diced sausages over the potatoes.

3. Microwave Cooking:
- Cover the dish loosely with a microwave-safe cover or plastic wrap with a small vent.
- Microwave on high for PT5M (5 minutes).

4. Add Eggs and Cheese:
- Remove dish carefully (it will be hot) and pour the whisked eggs over the cooked ingredients.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese over the eggs.

5. Final Cooking:
- Microwave for an additional PT3M to PT5M (3 to 5 minutes), or until the eggs are set and the cheese is melted and bubbly.

6. Gravy Finishing Touch:
- Carefully remove the dish from the microwave and pour the prepared gravy evenly over the top.
- Let the skillet sit for 1 to 2 minutes to allow flavors to meld.

7. Serve:
