Microwave Espresso Chocolate Cookie Delight



Ingredients


- 2 cups espresso ice cream base
- 1/2 cup chocolate flecks
- 1/4 cup chocolate-covered espresso beans
- 1 cup sugar cookie dough base
- 1/2 cup sugar cookie dough pieces
- 1 tablespoon pieces of sugar

Instructions


1. Prepare the Cookie Base
- Place the sugar cookie dough base into a microwave-safe bowl.
- Microwave on high heat for PT1M (1 minute) to soften the dough slightly. Allow it to cool for a few minutes.

2. Combine Ice Cream Base
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the espresso ice cream base with the softened sugar cookie dough. Stir until well incorporated, creating a smooth, creamy consistency.

3. Add Flavor and Texture
- Gently fold in the chocolate flecks and sugar cookie dough pieces. Mix until distributed evenly throughout the ice cream mixture.

4. Form the Dessert
- Transfer the ice cream mixture back into the microwave-safe bowl, spreading it evenly.
- Sprinkle the chocolate-covered espresso beans and pieces of sugar on top for extra texture.

5. Microwave and Set
- Place the bowl back into the microwave and heat on medium power for PT2M (2 minutes). This helps to slightly melt and meld the ingredients together.
- Allow it to rest at room temperature for PT10M (10 minutes) and then place the mixture in the freezer for PT1H (1 hour) to firm up.
