Ingredients

Instructions
1. Prepare Ingredients: In a large microwave-safe bowl, combine the gnocchi, shredded chicken, chickpeas, kale, spinach, and cherry tomatoes.
2. Ricotta and Basil Sauce Mix: In a separate small bowl, mix the ricotta cheese, basil sauce, and rice yogurt until smooth. Pour this mixture over the gnocchi mixture in the large bowl.
3. Season and Flavor: Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil and add the lemon juice. Season to taste with salt and pepper, and toss the mixture to ensure even coating.
