Ingredients



- 6 large eggs
- 8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 3 green onions, finely chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Instructions



1. Preheat the Oven:
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

2. Prepare the Egg Mixture:
- In a large mixing bowl, crack the eggs and whisk them until fully combined.
- Add the cottage cheese, crumbled feta cheese, and heavy cream to the eggs. Whisk everything together until smooth.

3. Enhance with Seasonings:
- Stir in the ground nutmeg, salt, and freshly ground black pepper into the egg mixture. Ensure everything is well integrated.

4. Cook the Bacon:
- While the oven is preheating, cook the bacon slices in a skillet over medium heat until crispy.
