- 1/2 cup Parmigiano Reggiano, finely grated
- 1/2 cup Sharp cheddar, shredded

- 1 Apple, thinly sliced
- 1 Pear, thinly sliced
Instructions
1. Preheat Your Oven
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). This will allow it to reach optimal temperature for baking the snacks to perfection.
2. Prepare the Fruit
- Wash the apple and pear thoroughly.
- Core the apple and pear, and then slice them thinly using a sharp knife or a mandoline for even slices.
3. Assemble the Snacks
- Arrange the crackers on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, leaving a small space between each cracker.
- Place a slice of apple or pear on each cracker, alternating the fruit types for variety.
4. Add the Cheese Topping
- Evenly distribute the grated Parmigiano Reggiano and shredded sharp cheddar over the fruit-topped crackers. Use a small spoon to ensure each cracker gets a generous amount of cheesy goodness.
5. Bake Until Golden
- Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven on the middle rack.
