- 2 (4-ounce) cans chopped mild green chiles
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- ½ cup sour cream
- ¼ cup fresh cilantro leaves, roughly chopped

Instructions



1. Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

2. Prepare the Chicken:
Pat dry the chicken thighs with paper towels and season both sides with 1 teaspoon of kosher salt and ½ teaspoon of freshly ground black pepper.

3. Sauté Aromatics:

7. Add Beans and Chiles:
Stir in the Great Northern beans and chopped mild green chiles.

8. Cook the Chicken:
Nestle the chicken thighs into the bean mixture, ensuring they are mostly submerged in the liquid.

9. Bake in the Oven:
