Oven-Baked Herb-Marinated Artichoke Hearts
Ingredients
- 12 oz canned or frozen artichoke hearts, drained
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped shallot
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon mixed dried herbs (such as thyme, rosemary, or oregano)
- 1 teaspoon granulated sugar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Prepare the Marinade
In a medium bowl, combine the olive oil, white wine vinegar, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, chopped shallot, minced garlic, mixed herbs, and sugar. Whisk together until the ingredients are emulsified and the sugar has dissolved. Season the marinade with salt and pepper to taste.
3. Marinate the Artichoke Hearts
