Ingredients



- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 pound ground pork
- 1/2 pound ground veal
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 shallots, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1 teaspoon granulated garlic
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions



1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the meats: Add the ground beef, pork, and veal to the bowl. Use your hands to gently combine the meats until integrated.

3. Prepare the binding mix: In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper.

4. Mix in dry ingredients: Add the breadcrumbs, finely chopped shallots, grated Parmesan cheese, and chopped fresh parsley to the meat mixture. Pour over the egg mixture. Gently combine using your hands or a wooden spoon until the ingredients are well incorporated.

5. Form the meatballs: Roll the mixture into 1.5-inch balls and place them evenly spaced on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

6. Bake the meatballs: Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 25 minutes until the meatballs are cooked through and browned on the outside. Check for an internal temperature of 160°F (71°C) to ensure they are fully cooked.
