Oven-Baked Thanksgiving Leftover Casserole Delight
Ingredients
- 2 cups leftover stuffing
- 2 cups mashed potatoes
- 2 cups sweet potatoes, mashed
- 2 cups mac & cheese
- 2 cups green bean casserole
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup panko breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- Cooking spray
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven:
- Set your oven to 375°F. Allow it to preheat while you prepare the casserole.
2. Prepare the baking dish:
- Lightly grease a large 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray to prevent sticking.
3. Layer the ingredients:
- Start by evenly spreading the leftover stuffing across the bottom of the baking dish.
- Add a layer of mashed potatoes, smoothing it over the stuffing with a spatula.
- Next, layer the sweet potatoes evenly across the top.
